Wildflower Marketing and Design is a small niche company led by Robin Jacobs. The company provides affordable design and marketing solutions for commercial and residential clients, Real Estate Agents, home sellers and business owners across Colorado.

Robin's broad experience in real estate is diverse and hands-on. While wearing multiple hats in a small development company early in her career, she acquired a multitude of skills and in-depth industry knowledge. This position and growth-path enabled her to learn all aspects of the building and real estate business from architecture and construction to design, marketing, sales and the entire transaction process. Several years and countless homes sold later, her primary passion steered toward design.  Both formal and informal training joined with dedication, expertise, and excellent client service as a core value, is the foundation of this business today.

Home Staging

Robin's background in Real Estate, including tenure in the home building industry, gives her a unique insight into the value and impact of Home Staging. From the onset of a decision to sell a home, every detail in the preparation is critical to assure a successful outcome. From preparing the home for listing, through photography, marketing, showings, offers, contract, and a buyer inspection, effective staging of the home will make a big difference in every stage and positively impact the entire process.

Interior Design

Both commercial and residential experience, across diverse projects varying in size and scope, has provided a great platform to advance Robin's expertise. From expansive homes to efficient condos, small offices to commercial venues, and lots of 'in-between', Robin will offer ideas and a plan that suits your needs.  Whether it's creative solutions to optimize consumer facing environments, designing productive workspaces or creating comfortable rooms, homes, patios and more. Her eye for detail,  style and color, will guide you to your next new favorite place! 

Interior Decorating

Different from the complexities of Design, decorating is more of the finishing touches. Its the marrying of color and space, paint and light. Its the arrangement of furnishings, art, and decor elements working together to create your perfect harmony.  Our objective is to create something you will truly enjoy, whether you're cozy at home or thriving in your work environment, we want you to love your surroundings.
